He tried leading fast praise exactly once. The room laughed more than it worshipped, and he never tried it again. What he said afterwards is the line above.

It started with five other voices and no instruments.
In 1999, at about nineteen, he was one of six men in an a cappella group called Baby's Heart. They sang across Nigerian university campuses, at concerts and in churches, for the better part of a decade.
Skill and talent carried that group a long way. He has been candid since about what it did not carry them into.
